Seven News was #1 for the night with a reach lead of 368 000 and an average audience lead of 252 000 over 9News. Home and Away was #9 with 1 011 000 (698 000) across 7 and 7two. Seven’s AFL: Thursday Night Football – Pre Match was #24 with 603 000 (277 000) across 7 and 7mate. Seven’s AFL: Thursday Night Football was #2 with 2 064 000 (670 000) across 7 and 7mate.

A repeat of Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly was #27 with 541 000 (236 000) across 7 and 7mate. A repeat of Crime Investigation Australia was #33 with 468 000 (170 000) across 7 and 7mate.

Nine

9News was #3 for the night. A Current Affair was #4 with 1 420 000 (919 000). Thursday Night NRL Live – Pre Match was #16 with 789 000 (448 000) across 9 and 9Gem. Thursday Night NRL Live was #7 with 1 321 000 (572 000) across 9 and 9Gem. Thursday Night NRL Live – Post Match was #28 with 531 000 (179 000) across 9 and 9Gem.

A repeat of RBT was #3434 with 467 000 (226 000) across 9 and 9Gem. A repeat of Missing Persons Investigation was #38 with 443 000 (185 000) across 9 and 9Gem.

The Project was #14 with 870 000 (326 000). Taskmaster Australia was #12 with 903 000 (409 000). Law and Order: SVU was #25 with 563 000 (189 000). An encore of The Cheap Seats was #46 with 354 000 (110 000).

  • Thursday Night NRL Live was a commanding timeslot winner with Total People and all key demos in Sydney and Brisbane. It was also the No. 1 program with People 25-54 and People 16-39 in Sydney and Brisbane. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.321 million, a Total TV National Audience of 572,000 and a BVOD audience of 57,000 on 9Now – up 23.9% year-on-year.
     
  • 9News recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.766 million and was the No.1 news bulletin with Total People in Sydney and Melbourne. The combined bulletins recorded a Total TV National Audience of 1.081 million and a BVOD audience of 73,000, up 43.1% on the same night last year.
     
  • A Current Affair secured the 7.00pm timeslot across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.420 million and a Total TV National Audience of 919,000. Its BVOD audience was 61,000 on 9Now – up 41.9% year-on-year.
     
  • Tipping Point was the No.1 afternoon game show across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.388 million and a Total TV National Audience of 730,000. Yesterday’s national audience lifted the timeslot by 54.3% when compared to the corresponding day last year.
     
  • Today achieved a National Total TV Reach of 829,000 and was the No.1 breakfast program with Total People across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It had a Total TV National Audience of 352,000 and its BVOD audience was 33,000 – up 50.0% year-on-year.
     

9Now was Australia’s No.1 CFTA BVOD platform with People 25-54 and 16-39.
