Seven News was #1 for the night with a reach lead of 49 000 and an average audience lead of 93 000 over 9News. Home and Away was #11 with 1 071 000 (800 000). Home and Away – episode 2 was #14 with 894 000 (713 000). Home and Away – episode 3 was #15 with 842 000 (677 000). The movie, Mamma Mia! was #12 with 1 023 000 (234 000). An encore of Australian Idol was on 247 000 (81 000).

Nine

9News was #2 for the night. A Current Affair was #4 with 1 420 000 (907 000). RBT was #3 with 1 486 000 (666 000). Emergency was #9 with 1 120 000 (555 000). A+E After Dark was #22 with 668 000 (312 000). 9News Late was #41 with 395 000 (207 000). Resident Alien was on 264 000 (96 000).

Deal or No Deal was #34 with 453 000 (241 000). The Project was #19 with 740 000 (298 000). Gogglebox Australia was #6 with 1 207 000 (666 000). The Graham Norton Show was #17 with 796 000 (310 000). A repeat of Law & Order: SVU was on 263 000 (122 000). 10’s Late News was on 173 000 (94 000).

ABC

ABC News was #10 for the night. 730 was #8 with 1 127 000 (694 000). Back Roads was #18 with 752 000 (533 000). Sue Perkins’ Big Adventure: Paris to Istanbul was #21 with 701 000 (352 000). A repeat of Grand Designs was #32 with 510 000 (238 000). An encore of The Role of a Lifetime was on 135 000 (53 000). ABC Late News was on 146 000 (41 000).

SBS World News was on 283 000 (170 000). SBS World News 7pm was on 241 000 (118 000). Finding Your Roots was on 284 000 (82 000). Scotland’s Poshest Train with Alan Cumming was #46 with 350 000 (129 000). Edward and Wallis was on 286 000 (96 000).

  • 9News was the No.1 program of the night across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane with Total People, and GS18+. It registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.847 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.117 million. On 9Now, its BVOD audience of 98,000 was up 104.2% year-on-year.
  • A Current Affair dominated the 7.00pm timeslot with Total People across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.420 million and a Total TV National Audience of 907,000 – up 2.7% on the same night last year. On 9Now, it recorded a BVOD Audience of 76,000, up 26.7% on the same night last year.
  • Tipping Point Australia was the No. 1 afternoon game show across and in all five metro capitals. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.271 million and a Total TV National Audience of 668,000– up 19.5% on the same day last year. On 9Now, it recorded a BVOD Audience of 54,000 – up 63.6% year-on-year. 
  • Today was the breakfast program of choice with Total People and all key demographics in Melbourne and Brisbane. It secured a Total TV National Audience of 818,000 and a BVOD audience of 40,000 – up 21.2% on the same morning last year. 
  • RBT dominated the 7.30pm timeslot across Australia with Total People in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.486 million, a Total TV National Audience of 666,000 and a BVOD Audience of 55,000 – up 34.1% year-on-year.
  • Emergency achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.120 million, a Total TV National Audience of 555,000 and a BVOD Audience of 41,000 – up 46.4% on the same night last year.
  • The 9Network was the No. 1 network on Thursday across the 5 City Metro with Total People and all key demographics.
  • 9Now was the No.1 CFTA BVOD platform on Thursday across Australia with Total People and all key demographics.

• Reached 1.21 million total viewers.
• Biggest launch since 2023.
• BVOD audience up 126% vs. 2024.
• 666,000 total average viewers, up 24% vs. 2024.
• #1 in its 7.30pm timeslot.

Network 10:
• Yesterday, 10 reached 3.97 million Australians across Network 10 and 10 Play, up 2% on the same day last year.
