9News was #4 for the night. Travel Guides was #3 with 2 154 000 (1 100 000). 60 Minutes was #6 with 1 580 000 (624 000). 9News Late was #19 with 616 000 (328 000).

MasterChef Australia Is Egg-ceptional!

Up 22% In The Key Demo Of 16 to 39s.

Inspired by a visit from viral sensation Mikiko Terasaki, last night contestants had to creatively use eggs in a dish to avoid elimination.

MasterChef Australia:

  • 1.32 million total national viewers reached.
  • Up 22% in 16 to 39s, 7% in 25 to 54s and 6% in under 50s week-on-week.
  • 34,000 live stream viewers, up 10% on the same episode last year.
  • Season-to-date: Biggest BVOD audiences ever (132,000), up 20% on 2023 average.

Last night also saw strong week-on-week lifts in 10 News First with the full hourup 22% and 6pm up 24% Plus, The Project was up 17%.

Last week, Week 21 2024:

  • The A-League Grand Final was watched by 731,000 Aussies up 12% year-on-year.
  • The A-League Grand Final was the biggest A-League match ever on 10 and 10 Play.
  • 10 Play continues its biggest year ever up 45% year-on-year last week and 36% year-to-date.
  • 10 Bold was up 7% year-on-year and Nickelodeon was up 12%.
  • MasterChef Australia is achieving its biggest ever 10 Play audiences, up 20% on 2023 average.
  • MasterChef Australia (Sunday, 19 May) reached 1.14 million total national viewers with 7 day viewing.
