The 9Network claimed Australia’s top 4 programs on Sunday with Total People and all key demos as Married at First Sight, 9News Sunday and Winter Olympic Games 2026 Night Session and Night Session 2 took out the top spots.
Married at First Sight recorded a BVOD audience of 670,000 (up 32.1% year-on-year), the highest ever overnight BVOD audience in VOZ history.
Married at First Sight was the No. 1 program with Total People and all key demos across Australia and in all five metro capitals. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 3.287 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.973 million – up 2.2% year-on-year.
9News Sunday was the No. 1 news bulletin with Total People and all key demos across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It was also the No. 1 news bulletin with People 25-54 and People 16-39 in Adelaide. The combined national bulletins secured a National Total TV Reach of 2.308 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.308 million (up 12.3% on the same night last year). On 9Now, its BVOD Audience of 193,000 was up an incredible 89.2% year-on-year.
Rugby League All Stars registered a National Total TV Reach of 1.417 million and a Total TV National Audience of 389,000 and a BVOD Audience of 84,000 (up 29.2% year-on-year).
Weekend Today was the breakfast program of choice with Total People in Sydney and Melbourne. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 921,000 and a BVOD audience of 50,000 – up 72.4% on the same morning last year.
