Seven News was #2 for the night with a reach loss of 125 000 and an average audience loss of 91 000 over 9News. Seven’s AFL: Sunday Night Football was #4 with 1 679 000 (524 000). Seven’s AFL: Sunday Night Football – Post Match was on 246 000 (139 000). A repeat of The 1% Club UK was #14 with 829 000 (404 000). A repeat of Highway Patrol was #33 with 448 000 (240 000). The movie, The Equalizer 3 was #16 with 749 000 (246 000). The movie, Firestarter was #45 with 337 000 (65 000).

Seven’s AFL: Sunday Afternoon Football – 1 181 000 (375 000)

Sunday Footy Feast – 595 000 (111 000)

Footy Furnace – 168 000 (64 000)

9News was #1 for the night. 60 Minutes was #3 with 1 799 000 (863 000). RBT was #10 with 938 000 (558 000). The People v Michael Jackson was #9 with 1 009 000 (337 000). 9News Late was on 250 000 (148 000). See No Evil was on 145 000 (77 000). The First 48 was on 151 000 (72 000).

  • 9News Sunday was the No.1 program and No.1 news bulletin across Australia with Total People and all key demographics. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 2.163 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.322 million. It achieved a BVOD audience of 110,000 – up 13.4% year-on-year.
  • 60 Minutes dominated its timeslot across Australia and in the three largest markets of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with Total People. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.799 million and a Total TV National Audience of 863,000 – up 47.3% year-on-year. On 9Now, it recorded a BVOD Audience of 79,000 – up a massive 92.7% on the same night last year.
  • The People V Michael Jackson secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.009 million and a Total TV National Audience of 337,000. It achieved a BVOD audience of 31,000.
  • RBT secured a National Total TV Reach of 938,000 and a Total TV National Audience of 558,000. It achieved a BVOD audience of 47,000.
  • Sunday Afternoon NRL secured its timeslot in Sydney and Brisbane with Total People. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.152 million and a Total TV National Audience of 475,000 – up 5.3% year-on-year. On 9Now, it recorded a BVOD Audience of 56,000 – up an impressive 27.3% year-on-year.
  • Weekend Today was the breakfast program of choice with Total People in Sydney and Melbourne. It recorded a Total TV Reach Audience of 738,000 – and a Total TV National audience of 243,000.
  • 9Now was the No.1 CFTA BVOD platform on Sunday across Australia with People 16-39.
