Seven News was #3 for the night with a reach lead of 188 000 and an average audience lead of 204 000 over 9News. Home and Away was #6 with 1 351 000 (790 000) Australian Idol – Monday was #5 with 1 413 000 (788 000). The Irrational was #13 with 1 080 000 (353 000). A second episode of The Irrational was #26 with 452 000 (214 000).

Nine

9News was #3 for the night. A Current Affair was #4 with 1 807 000 (1 166 000). Married at First Sight – Monday was #1 with 2 778 000 (1 619 000). Big Miracles was #7 with 1 347 000 (514 000). 9News Late was #32 with 523 000 (242 000). A new episode of Law & Order: Organised Crime was #49 with 318 000 (110 000).

The Project was #20 with 862 000 (339 000). Australian Survivor – Monday was #15 with 1 024 000 (598 000). A repeat of FBI: Most Wanted was #28 with 575 000 (183 000).

ABC News was #12 for the night. 730 was #11 with 1 163 000 (689 000). Australian Story was #16 with 995 000 (693 000). Four Corners was #10 with 1 197 000 (801 000). Media Watch was #14 with 1 050 000 (779 000). Q+A was #17 with 952 000 (347 000).

  • The 9Network claimed Australia’s Top 3 programs on Monday for People 25-54 with MAFS, 9News and ACA delivering an emphatic Monday win.
  • Married at First Sight continued its dominance as Australia’s No. 1 program, last night securing a National Total TV Reach of 2.778 million – reaching 1.365 million more viewers than its nearest competitor.
  • Married at First Sight was a commanding timeslot winner in all metro capitals and registered a Total TV National Audience of 1.619 million – 831,000 viewers ahead of its nearest timeslot competitor.
  • Married at First Sight was Australia’s No. 1 program with Total People and all key demos. It was also the No. 1 program with People 25-54 in all metro capitals.
  • Married at First Sight registered a BVOD audience of 361,000 on 9Now – up 25.3% on the corresponding episode last year.
  • 9News was the No. 1 news service with Total People in Sydney (51,000 viewers ahead of its nearest competitor), in Melbourne (11,000 viewers ahead of its nearest competitor) and in Brisbane (where it was the No. 1 program with Total People and 54,000 viewers ahead of its nearest competitor).
  • A Current Affair was Australia’s No. 1 program at 7.00pm with a National Total TV Reach of 1.807 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.166 million (up 10% year-on-year). Its BVOD audience was 93,000 – up 55% year-on-year.
  • Big Miracles recorded a Total TV National Audience of 514,000.
  • Tipping Point was Australia’s No. 1 afternoon game show and was also the viewers’ favourite in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It secured a National Total TV Reach of 1.224 million and a Total TV National Audience of 654,000. Yesterday’s national audience lifted the timeslot by 67.3% when compared to the corresponding day last year.
  • Today achieved a National Total TV Reach of 878,000 and was the No. 1 breakfast program across the 5 City and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
  • The 9Network was No. 1 across the 5 City Metro and in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with all key demos and Total People. In Adelaide and Perth, the 9Network was No. 1 with People 25-54 and 16-39.

9Now was Australia’s No. 1 CFTA BVOD service, enjoying shares in excess of 50% with all key demos and Total People.

Alliances Shift But Audiences Grow For Survivor.

Biggest 25 to 54s audience of the season.

As alliances shift it’s anyone’s game in Australian Survivor: Titans V Rebels with audiences are hooked on the game play.

Last night, Ep 17reached 1.02 million total national viewers (metro + regional + BVOD).

  • Total Audience up 4% week-on-week.
  • Biggest 25 to 54s audience of the season.
  • Biggest live stream audience of the season.
  • #2 in its timeslot in under 50s, 25 to 54s and 16 to 39s.

With 7-day viewing (26 Feb) Australian Survivor: Titans V Rebels reached 1.23 million total national viewers and was the #2 show in 16 to 39s.

Audiences continue to lean into Deal or No Deal with last night’s episode:

  • Up 23% week-on-week
  • The biggest audience since January 31
  • Lifting 10’s timeslot 33% year-on-year.

Also in primetime:

  • The Project was up 11% week-on-week and was #2 in its timeslot in 16 to 39s,
  • Network 10 (10 Bold, 10 Peach, Nickelodeon, 10) was the #2 network in the key demos of under 50s, 25 to 54s and 16 to 39s.
  • Network 10 was up 4% week-on-week,
  • 10 was the #2 channel in under 50s and 16 to 39s,
  • 10 Peach was up 11% week-on-week.
