Seven News was #3 for the night with a reach lead of 167 000 and an average audience lead of 187 000 over 9News. Seven’s Cricket: BBL – The Final was #1 with 2 951 000 (1 083 000). Seven’s Cricket: BBL – The Final Post Match was #18 with 788 000 (409 000). Motorway Patrol was #42 with 355 000 (193 000).

Seven National News at Noon – 496 000 (216 000)

1pm Movie – 542 000 (195 000)

Nine

9News was #4 for the night. A Current Affair was #5 with 1 735 000 (1 032 000). Married at First Sight was #2 with 2 523 000 (1 353 000). The special, Trump’s Triumph: Week 1 was #6 with 1 686 000 (581 000). 9News Late was #29 with 571 000 (298 000).

9News Morning – 342 000 (205 000)

Midday Movie – Infamously in Love – 683 000 (147 000)

  • Married at First Sight returned as Australia’s No. 1 entertainment program of the night with Total People and all key demos. It registered a National Total TV Reach of 2.523 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.353 million – up 7.3% year-on-year and the highest rating launch episode since 2022. On 9Now, it recorded its largest BVOD launch audience ever of 262,000 – up 30.0% year-on-year. 
  • 9News won its timeslot with Total People in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The combined national bulletins registered a National Total TV Reach of 2.105 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.236 million (up 6% on the same night last year). On 9Now, its BVOD Audience of 100,000 was up 35.8% year-on-year. 
  • A Current Affair won the 7.00pm timeslot across Australia with all key demos and Total People. It recorded a National Total TV Reach of 1.735 million and a Total TV National Audience of 1.032 million. On 9Now, it recorded a BVOD Audience of 96,000 – up 31.4% on the same night last year. 
  • Tipping Point Australia was the No. 1 afternoon game show with across Australia and in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. It achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.395 million and a Total TV National Audience of 715,000, lifting the timeslot by 7.6% when compared to the same day last year. 
  • Trump’s Triumph: Week 1 achieved a National Total TV Reach of 1.686 million, a Total TV National Audience of 581,000 and a BVOD Audience of 79,000
