Seven News was #1 with wins in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. Seven News at 6.30 was #2 with wins in Adelaide and Perth. Better Homes and Gardens was #8 overall with 355 000, but was #1 in its slot and the #1 non news program in primetime for the night. The third episode of The Thief, His Wife and the Canoe was #21 with 169 000. The fourth (and final) episode of The Thief, His Wife and the Canoe, immediately followed with 124 000 watching. The late movie, King of Thieves had an audience of 50 000.
Nine
Nine News was #4 with a win in Brisbane. Nine News 6.30 was #3 with wins in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. A Current Affair was #5 with 485 000. A new episode of For the Love of Pets was #13 with 221 000. The movie, Legally Blonde was #19 with 188 000. The late movie, Forgetting Sarah Marshall was on 90 000.

The Project 6.30pm was #28 with 128 000. The Project 7pm was #22 with 165 000. A repeat of The Graham Norton Show was on 124 000. A second repeat episode of The Graham Norton Show was on 94 000. An encore of My Life is Murder was on 39 000. A new episode of Good Sam was on 28 000.

ABC News was #6 for the night. Gardening Australia was #9 with 344 000. A new episode of the wonderful Under the Vines was #15 with 205 000. A repeat of Midsomer Murders was #24 with 161 000.
