Week Seven NFL will see another six live games on ESPN, highlighted by the Kansas City Chiefs clash with the San Francisco 49ers and two high-profile superstar returns expected in Miami and Dallas.

Friday’s action begins at 11.15am AEDT, LIVE on ESPN, as the Arizona Cardinals meet the New Orleans Saints.

The Cardinals let an important one slip in Week Six, falling 19-9 to conference rivals Seattle.

Arizona are now bottom of the AFC West, despite holding an identical 2-4 record to their Week Seven opponents New Orleans.

The Saints’ remain in the hunt in a tightly packed NFC South, just a single win behind both Tampa Bay and Atlanta.

New Orleans dropped a narrow 30-26 defeat to the Bengals last round, in a game they had their opportunities to win.

Monday sees another four game marathon of live NFL beginning at 4am AEDT.

In the first 4am AEDT kickoff, the Detroit Lions will clash with the Dallas Cowboys, live on ESPN.

The Lions will be refreshed, having enjoyed a bye last round.

The struggles of last season have followed Detroit, with just one victory from the opening six weeks of the new campaign.

They will meet a Cowboys side who almost came from behind against bitter rivals Philadelphia, but ultimately fell short, to give up crucial ground in the conference to the Eagles.

Despite speculation injured QB Dak Prescott would return against Philadelphia, ultimately it was Cooper Rush who continued in the position.

The defeat however may now force the hand of coach Mike
McCarthy, with Prescott expected to be cleared for the Lions clash.

Also at 4am AEDT, live on ESPN App**, the Green Bay Packers collide with the Washington Commanders.

After a strong start to the season, Green Bay have suffered back to back defeats against the New York Giants and New York Jets.

The 27-10 defeat to the Jets last round have many Packers fans reaching for the panic button, and it will be firmly pushed should they fall to the Commanders.

Washington were 12-7 victors in Week Six against Chicago, but still remain bottom of their conference at 2-4.

**Note: This game will move to ESPN2, should the Major League Baseball NLCS Game Five not be needed.

The blockbuster clash of the week comes at 7.25am AEDT, as the Kansas City Chiefs meet the San Francisco 49ers.

A clash between two sides who fell a game short of the Super Bowl last season, and both are looking to go a step further this time around.

The new season has been a mixed one so far for the 49ers, who sit 3-3, although atop the competitive NFC West.

Only percentage has San Francisco above the defending Super Bowl champion Rams, in the conference lead.

Kansas City are coming off a 24-20 defeat to the Bills last round, in another thrilling contest between the pair.

The Chiefs remain in control of the AFC West and enjoy a game buffer over the Chargers behind them, and will start favourites in this one.

Monday’s action concludes at 11.20am AEDT, when the Pittsburgh Steelers face off against the Miami Dolphins.

After being trounced by Buffalo in Week Five, the Steelers returned with a major scalp in Week Six, downing Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 20-18.

The upset leaves them at 2-4, but could just be the spark they need – as they look to climb the standings and claim another important victory against Miami.

QB star Tua Tagovailoa is set to return for the Dolphins, having sat out the last fortnight through concussion protocols.

After a 3-1 start, Miami have dropped both games without their Quarterback.

Back to back losses has seen the Dolphins slip behind the New York Jets, in a conference currently led by the high flying 5-1 Bills.

Then ESPN’s Week Seven coverage concludes on Tuesday 11.15am AEDT as the Chicago Bears clash with the New England Patriots.

Chicago are still searching for consistency, as 2022 has seen them show flashes of potential, but ultimately fail to capitalize.

At 2-4 their season already hangs in the balance and they run into a difficult test in the Patriots in Week Seven.

New England (3-3) have also yet to find any real groove this season, and sit bottom of the AFC East, a conference they have long dominated.

But back to back wins are signaling that there may be a turnaround underway in New England.

The Patriots have beaten the Lions 29-0 and Browns 38-15 impressively in the last fortnight and will be favoured to make it three from three against the Bears.
