Interview with the Vampire on ABC Entertains and ABC iview S2E8 – In the year 2022, the vampire Louis de Pointe du Lac (Jacob Anderson) lives in a penthouse apartment in Dubai and continues to tell the story of his life, or afterlife, to renown journalist Daniel Molloy (Eric Bogosian).
Louis’ story follows his escape from New Orleans with the Vampire Claudia (Delainey Hayles) to Eastern Europe, their post-war engagement with a coven of Vampires in Paris, his romance with the Vampire Armand (Assad Zaman) and his haunting by the Vampire Lestat (Sam Reid). As the interview continues in Dubai, Molloy dissects the truths beneath Louis’ story and his own.
In the final episode, Molloy investigates the fiery fallout of Louis and Claudia’s trial. Truths are uncovered and secrets are finally brought into the light. Louis seeks a measure of closure.
