Run Rabbit Run on Netflix – Running to the top 10 charts this week is Australian thriller Run Rabbit Run, which hit #2 in Australia and #3 in the global Netflix charts in its first week of release.
Released on 28 June, Run Rabbit Run which debuted at Sydney Film Festival in June and stars Sarah Snook, was #2 film in Australia last week, #3 global and a top 10 film in 27 countries on Netflix including US, Canada, Europe, Africa and Asia with 6M views accumulating to 14.2M hours viewed in its first week.
Another Aussie leads the charts as Extraction 2 starring Chris Hemsworth retains its #1 in both the Australian and global chart 3 weeks after release with over 36.2M hours viewed. Extraction remains in the global top 10 at #4 also since Extraction 2’s release three weeks ago.
Run Rabbit Run joins other recent Australian films and shows that have topped the Netflix global top 10 charts including True Spirit, The Stranger, Wellmania, Heartbreak High, Surviving Summer and A Perfect Pairing.
