Renewal bonanza in America with CBS ordering new seasons of NCIS, CSI: Vegas, The Amazing Race, NCIS: Hawaii, Survivor and 48 Hours.

Paramount in America has announced a slew of renewals for next year to air on CBS, that also screen here in Australia.

Already renewed are Fire Country (10), Young Sheldon (9), Ghosts (10), The Neighborhood (10), The Equalizer (9), FBI (10), FBI: Most Wanted (10) and FBI: International (10).

NCIS: Los Angeles will not be returning, with CBS previously announcing that the current 14th season would be its last.

“This season CBS is continuing its winning tradition, delivering an unparalleled combination of top returning series and new hit shows that are entertaining huge audiences on both broadcast and streaming,”

– CBS Entertainment chief Amy Reisenbach said in a statement.

“It is a testament to the stellar work being done by our best-in-class talent in front of and behind the camera that we have had yet another exceptional season, and I know we will only continue to build on this foundation of outstanding programming as we look ahead toward next fall.”

NCIS will return for a 21st season and is aired here on 10.

NCIS: Hawaii will return for a 3rd season and is aired here on 10.

CSI: Vegas will return for a 3rd season and is aired here on 10.

48 Hours will return for a 36th season and is aired here on 10.

60 Minutes America will return for a 55th season and stories here on Nine and 10.

Survivor will return for a 45th season and is aired here on Nine.

The Amazing Race US will return for a 35th season and is aired here on Seven.
