Last night’s launch of Thank God You’re Here showed that audiences are partial to a bit of BS with the episode taking the top program in the key demos of under 50s, 25 to 54s and 16 to 39s.

Comedy legend Glenn Robbins got all judgey on the un-hinge-d antics of comedians Urzila Carlson, Aaron Chen, Julia Zemiro and Mark Bonanno with host Celia Pacquola keeping things on track.

Julia took out the gong for best BS-er but audiences were the real winners last night with 987,000 national viewers tuning in for the laughs, which will continue to grow as people catch up on this riotous first show.
