Episode One:
Serial insomniac Dr Michael Mosley travels to Australia to enlist in a world-first, two-month sleep treatment program at the Flinders University Sleep Institute. During the rigorous diagnostic phase, each of the trial participants endure a battery of tests and are rigged up from head to toe with cutting edge sleep monitoring tech – which leads to some startling revelations for Dr Mosley.
