Chivalry (M)

Australian Premiere

Fridays at 8.30pm from November 11

Also available on Binge

Starring: Steve Coogan & Sarah Solemani

6 x 30′

Steve Coogan and Sarah Solemani write and star in this timely drama that skewers and satirises the complex state of contemporary sexual politics.

Cameron, an acclaimed film producer, needs to detoxify his latest movie or face ruin. Bobby, an ambitious feminist filmmaker, has what he needs to get ‘woke’. All they need to do is reshoot an inappropriate sex scene. How hard can it be? But as Bobby and Cameron bounce between gender tension and a creeping attraction, a toxic sex scene becomes the tip of the iceberg. Who really knows how to navigate post-woke sex? How fluid are our politics and how political are our fluids?

Guest appearances include Paul Rudd, Wanda Sykes, Sienna Miller, Aisling Bea, Toby Regbo, Lolly Adefope and Adjani Salmon.

Devils – Series 2 (MA15+)

BBC First Premiere

Tuesdays at 8.30pm from November 1

Also available on Binge

Starring: Alessandro Borghi, Patrick Dempsey & Malachi Kirby

8 x 60′

London, 2016. Massimo Ruggero is now CEO and, with his new Head of Trading Wu Zhi, has earned huge profits for NYL’s Chinese shareholders. However, faulty polling data on the Brexit referendum threatens total disaster: taking advantage of the situation, Dominic Morgan returns and asks Massimo to join in a new global war, between China and the West, for control of global data. After tragedy strikes at the heart of Massimo’s team, Massimo must decide which side he is on in a battle that will threaten his life and ultimately leads to a final showdown in 2020, against the backdrop of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Hosted by: Sandi Toksvig

16 x 30′

Qi is the Rose d’Or – winning and BAFTA – nominated comedy quiz show full of quirky facts in which contestants are rewarded more if their answers are ‘quite interesting’. Hosted by Sandi Toksvig each episode has a different theme in which the celebrity guests have to answer questions, avoiding repeating common misconceptions and urban myths. It is okay to be wrong but do not be obviously, boringly wrong.

Guests include Jimmy Carr, James Acaster, David Mitchell, Sarah Pascoe, Lee Mack and Rose Matafeo.

The Graham Norton Show – Series 30 (PG)

UKTV Premiere

Sundays at 8.30pm from November 13

22 x 60′

Graham Norton returns with his star-studded, BAFTA-winning blend of entertainment, chat and comedy, focusing on the people, stories and aspects of celebrity culture that interest him the most. Welcoming a line-up of A-listers, Graham’s acclaimed talk show delivers the ultimate in primetime entertainment.

In this new series, Graham chats and jokes – virtually and in-person – with a glittering array of film, television, music, theatre and comedy stars, including Rami Malek, Jamie Lee Curtis, David Tennant, Hugh Bonneville, Robbie Williams and Sam Ryder.

Earth’s Great Rivers (PG)

BBC Earth Premiere

Wednesdays at 7.20pm from November 16

3 x 50′

Embark on the ultimate river voyage down three of the world’s most epic rivers – the Amazon, the Nile and the Mississippi. This series reveals the astonishing wildlife and breathtaking landscapes of these legendary waterways from their source to their mouth. The latest technology, previously unfilmed locations and drone footage reveals their true character in a way not seen before. Dive into newly discovered Amazon lagoons and swim with giant electric eels. Timelapse cameras enable a Mississippi barge to zoom hundreds of miles downriver in seconds. And camera traps reveal an incredible cast of iconic African animals reclaiming the ruins of Idi Amin’s extravagant hunting lodge on the banks of the Nile. This series brings these rivers to the screen in all their surprising and fantastic glory.

Bluey – Series 2 (Set 2)

CBeebies Premiere

Coming soon

25 x 7′

This innovative, award-winning animation series continues its playful and honest look at modern family life.

Imaginative Australian blue heeler puppy Bluey and little sister Bingo love devising elaborate games to try out adult roles and explore their world. And if the high-spirited pair can rope dad Bandit and mum Chilli into their energetic gameplay then so much the better! Series 2 introduces more of Bluey and Bingo’s family and friends, and looks at Bandit and Chilli’s relationship with their girls as they juggle work and childcare.
