Now in their fourth and fifth generation, the Puglisi-Gangemi family welcome guests for a vine-to-glass experience. As pioneers of the wine industry in the Granite Belt region, what better way to enjoy a genuine vineyard experience than at their cellar door.
In 1988, vegetable farmers Lyle and Helen Kent took a leap of faith when they packed up their family and hit the road, bringing their love of leatherwork to stations all around the country. From a humble hobby to a lifelong pursuit, their craftsmanship continues with the next generation. Kent Saddlery in Stanthorpe is a true passion-project success story, a testament to Lyle and Helen’s commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Truffles have a reputation for being a difficult ingredient, so you might think Queensland is the last place you’d find them. However, Ben and Maple Egerton don’t shy away from a challenge and have found the perfect environment in the Granite Belt for these temperamental delicacies.
The Folly Truffles offer guests a “Taste of Truffle at Sunset”, with an educational farm tour, cooking, and truffle tasting. Accommodation is also available at their rustic cottage, making The Folly Truffles an excellent stop for a unique Granite Belt experience.
