Tim Tszyu and Sebastian Fundora battle on Main Event – Australian boxing sensation Tim Tszyu aims to hold two Super Welterweight Titles on Sunday March 31 when he faces 6’6’ giant Sebastian “The Towering Inferno” Fundora in Las Vegas.
The two will face off for Tszyu’s WBO title, and the vacant WBC 154-pound World Title, headlining a Pay-Per-View card exclusively on Main Event available on Kayo Sports and Foxtel.
Tszyu was originally scheduled to face two-time world champion Keith Thurman at T-Mobile Arena before his opponent pulled out at short notice.
The PPV is live on Main Event from 11am AEDT and will also feature Australia’s Michael Zerafa in a 12-round attraction against WBA Middleweight World Champion Erislandy “The American Dream” Lara.
Queensland star Liam Wilson will also make his US return the day prior when he faces former world champion Oscar Valdez for the Interim Super Featherweight Title on Saturday March 30 in Glendale, Arizona live and exclusive on Fox Sports, available on Kayo Sports and Foxtel.
The Main Event coverage will be anchored by Megan Barnard, Ben Damon, Peter Badel and Andre Ward who will be on the ground hosting the broadcast across the week. Other attractions include:
