First half 2024 audience report: Network 10 Reaches 22.6 Million Australians – 10 Play Isn’t Slowing Down, Achieving Its Biggest Year Yet.

  • Paramount reaches 16.1 million Australians every month.
  • Network 10 is the youngest Australian free-to-air network.
  • 10 Play: Biggest year ever, up 37% year-on-year.
  • Nickelodeon: #1 commercial multi-channel in kids – up 6%.

  • Football: Biggest ever digital audiences. Record breaking matches.

Reaching over 22.6 million Australians in the first half of 2024, Network 10 and 10 Play are home to some of Australia’s favourite celebrities, comedians, cooks, competitors, couch critics and cartoons.

10’s comedies have seen unprecedented year-on-year growth with the total average audience for Have You Been Paying Attention? up 4%, The Cheap Seats up 7%, and Taskmaster Australia up 9%.

Competitive tentpoles continue to capture hyper-engaged fans with I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, Australian Survivor and MasterChef Australia achieving their biggest audiences on 10 Play. 10’s family viewing with Gogglebox Australia is consistently #1 in its timeslot and Deal Or No Deal lifting 10’s 6pm timeslot 26%.

Formula 1® Rolex® Australian Grand Prix 2024 attracted global fanfare and a local frenzy, reaching 3.1 million Australians.

The CommBank Matildas have celebrated another record-breaking year on screens, attracting the biggest audience for a Football match ever on 10, in their second friendly game with China PR. Together, the Subway Socceroos and CommBank Matildas matches have reached 9.48 million Australians in their 2023/24 season and achieved their biggest ever digital audiences!

10 Play is showing no signs of slowing down, achieving its biggest year yet and up 37% on 2023. 10 Play reaches over 2.5 million Australians every single month, and monthly reach has grown 30% on 2023. Live stream viewing is up 61% on 2023, with record live stream audiences across entertainment, news and sport.

Taskmaster Australia grows its total audience:

  • 4.55 million total viewers reached.
  • 566,000 total average viewers – up 9% year-on-year.

  • 64,000 BVOD viewers, up 19% year-on-year.

The Cheap Seats grows its total audience:

  • 5.64 million total viewers reached.
