JOHANNA + PETE – MYSTERY BAY HOUSE
Johanna and Pete travel to the far south coast of New South Wales to visit a magical home that celebrates its stunning location. Located in Mystery Bay and surrounded by rolling hills and stunning countryside, this home was not only built to take in its environment, but it was also built using local materials which perfectly suit the location, too. Designed by a father and son team, this home is just as magnificent as the landscape that surrounds it.
ADAM – TRANSFORM THIS SPACE: FRONT DOOR ENTRY DESIGN
The entry to most people’s homes is usually pretty plain. Every day you walk in and out the front door, never taking much notice. So, tonight Adam’s going to make this entry area a place to stop and enjoy. With a vertical timber feature wall, modern floating sideboard and back-lit round mirror, this forgotten part of the home is now a place you can admire and actually be proud of.
ED – CARAMELISED ROSEMARY & CARDAMOM CUSTARDS WITH GRAPPA SPIKED PLUMS Everyone loves a crème brûlée, but few of us have the time or experience to nail it every time. Well, if that sounds like you, Ed has a brilliant solution. A no bake custard recipe that works perfectly and caramelises exactly the way you want. And when cooking in a stone fruit orchard, you can’t not cook with a stone fruit! So, the brûlée not only features some Ed’s favourite ingredients in herbs and vanilla but is beautifully complimented by some very fresh, but unusual green plums.
ED – MAPLE-GLAZED PORK CHOPS WITH SPICED NECTARINE CHUTNEY

DR HARRY – PORT STEPHENS KOALA HOSPITAL
Koalas are our most iconic marsupial – loved the world over, but with their numbers in decline and in real danger from habitat loss, bushfires, accidents and disease, Dr Harry spends a day with the team at a new Koala Sanctuary and hospital in Port Stephens NSW. They show him how they treat, care and rehabilitate sick and injured koalas; releasing back into the wild those that can be and taking care of the animals whose injuries mean a longer stay is required. The future of our most loved marsupial is in good hands with these dedicated doctors and nurses.
