Death in Paradise on ABC – The sun-soaked, smash-hit whodunnit continues with more murder mysteries with a light touch and a warm heart.
DI Neville Parker has more crimes to solve on the blissful island of Saint Marie, while also dealing with the emotional complications of working at close quarters with DS Florence Cassell.
In this episode, the team are called to investigate the death of reggae rap artist, Trenton Isaac, when he is shot during a sound check. Supporting act Deshawn, the only witness, tells Neville he saw someone in a black hoodie by the fuse box. The lights were turned off, a gunshot rang out, then when the lights came back up, Deshawn saw Trenton lying dead, a bullet hole in his forehead. Which leaves Neville wondering how such an accurate shot could have been made in the dark.
As the investigation progresses, the mystery deepens – the team find the shooter, the accomplice and the weapon, but not the killer…
