Bay of Fires on ABC and ABC iview S2E4 – Caught between a rock and a soft cake, Stella is thrown into a tailspin as, not only is Frankie back and here to stay, but some colourful newcomers seem to remind Mystery Bay of an idea long since forgotten. Fun.
After a violent fallout, Frankie returns, claiming transformation after crossing to the other side. Locals wonder if she’s reformed or heralding chaos. She helps Stella with a temporary business, avoids her criminal past, and focuses on her son and opening the town’s first cake shop.
Meanwhile, Stella is overwhelmed by Neil’s bizarre quests. The arrival of colorful newcomers unsettles the town, reigniting old tensions: Magda and Heather’s rift widens, Tarquin panics, Brony clashes with Jason, and Jeremiah competes for Stella’s heart.
Perhaps it’s time they left—if only they didn’t have other plans. As for Connor… no one really knows.

About the Show
Bay of Fires on ABC returns for season two this June – The highly anticipated eight-part, darkly comedic hit drama Bay of Fires returns for season two on Sunday 15 June at 8.00pm on ABC TV, with all episodes available to stream on ABC iview.
Showcasing Tasmania’s rugged west coast, season two opens with Stella (Marta Dusseldorp), now the boss of Mystery Bay while also juggling solo parenting and keeping her criminal overlords at bay.
Stella sees a glimmer of hope on the horizon. No one has tried to kill her for some months, she has Thursday date night with Jeremiah and Mystery Bay is prospering under her guidance – albeit in a somewhat chaotic fiscal manner.
But such joys are short-lived when she and her kids find themselves sandwiched between an unhinged apiarist drug lord, a maniacal millenarian doomsday cult, the resurrection of her nemesis, Russia, and a growing civil war in the town. Slowly it dawns on Stella that she may be the cause of much of this nightmare.
Perhaps the only way out is to go back to the source and blow it sky high.
