Weekly Ratings Australia – Seven takes total people network and primary channel. Seven wins 16-39 in network and primary channel and Nine wins 25-54 demographic in network and primary channel.

Seven wins in Total People Network and Total People Primary channel.

Seven wins in 16-39 demographic in network and primary channel.

Nine wins in 25-54 demographic in network and primary channel.

7mate was the highest multi channel in Total People.

7mate was the highest multi channel in 16-39

10 Peach was the highest multi channel in 25-54.

10 did beat ABC in total people in network, but lost to ABC in primary channel, however, it should be noted that ABC have a massive advantage in older age brackets. In 16-39, 10 smashed ABC (22.4% to just 10.2%) and in 25-54 (23.0% to 11.0%) with network shares.

The main points to summarise the week from a Nine perspective are: 

  • Across the network shares (prime time), 9Network recorded the following shares:
    • People 25-54: 36.3%
    • People 16-39: 34.6%
    • Grocery Shopper + Child: 38.5%
    • Total People: 35.6%
  • Across the primary channel shares (prime time), Channel 9 recorded the following shares:
    • People 25-54: 25.9%
    • People 16-39: 25.1%
    • Grocery Shopper + Child: 28.8%
    • Total People: 25.6%
  • 9Network and Channel 9 won the week in the key demos of 25-54s and Grocery Shopper + Child. 
  • From a Total TV perspective, the first episode of LEGO Masters Grand Masters as of Friday has drawn an audience of more than 984,000, with all nine episodes currently over 750,000. Episode four is closing in on the 1 million mark, while Sunday night’s episode has so far attracted a Total TV audience of 785,000 (metro o/n: 454k / regional o/n: 228k / Live + VOD: 102k) and this will increase in the coming weeks. 
  • Travel Guides Croatian adventure on Wednesday was Australia’s No. 1 Entertainment program with all key demographics and Total People across 5 City Metro, East Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth and recorded a Live + VOD BVOD Audience of 91,000 (+34% YoY)
  • NRL Anzac Day match between the Roosters and the Dragons attracted a Total TV audience of 535,000 viewers (metro: 303k/regional:186k/ Live BVOD: 46k).

LEGO Masters continues tonight, with The Summit beginning on Sunday, May 14.
