Now healthy and full of life, she’s ready for a new chapter—one that includes a four-legged companion. With her parents, Jo and Tony, by her side, Lizzie arrives at AWL hoping to find an energetic pup to join her on adventures while also being a relaxed companion for her parents. The matchmakers introduce her to Thistle, a timid three-month-old Kelpie cross. But with Thistle too nervous to come out of his shell, Lizzie starts to wonder—can this shy pup grow into her perfect adventure buddy?
Choosing Between Two Siblings
Ana and Anthony are celebrating nine years together and are ready to take their first steps toward starting a family—by adopting a dog. Anthony, a retired Air Force officer, knows firsthand the positive impact a dog can have on mental health, and now they’re looking for that same companionship.
