Kin – Patagonia has today announced the Australian digital release date for its short film, KIN. Directed by Lauren L. Hill and Andrew Buckley, featuring Dave Rastovich, and set on Australia’s spectacular World Heritage-listed Lord Howe Island, KIN will be available to stream for free at Patagonia.com.au from February 29, 2024.
Since Patagonia’s founding in 1973, the company has remained committed, to use business as a force of good and support grassroots environmental groups. Patagonia’s newest short film, KIN, showcases the value of Marine Protected Areas for local communities and a thriving ocean. The film is being released for free on Patagonia’s website in a bid to activate other communities to take steps to protect Australia’s amazing marine ecosystems and call for full protection for 30 per cent of Australia’s ocean by 2030.
