At Toronto Pearson International Airport, the sub-zero temperatures push the largest de-icing station in the world to its limits, as snow and freezing ice delay take-offs.
On the apron it’s a race to free up frozen cargo holds and water pipes. And the team have their hands full with an injured flight attendant, irate passengers and a trespasser in one of the most dangerous areas of the airport.
