The Flight Attendant Murders on SBS Viceland and SBS on Demand S1E3 – This documentary series explores the murders of four flight attendants in the 1970’s and 1980’s in Texas.
Their names are Jeannie, Cheryl, Beverley and Jeeta. All four women worked for the same airline and their murders bear striking similarities. While one man, convicted rapist Jonathan Reed was found guilty of the first murder, three other murders took place while he was in prison.
Over four episodes the series unpicks this story and asks if potentially the wrong bad man has been incarcerated for four decades and another killer left undiscovered?
Season One, Episode Three:
Exploring the case of air hostess, Jeeta, we meet the detectives who first investigated the case as well as the team who re-examined fingerprint and DNA evidence from the scene.
