Zosia Orkitz, the visionary behind the Secret Supper Club, blends her Polish heritage with her culinary expertise to create immersive fine-dining experiences from Brisbane and Sydney to Europe. Through her sensory-focused supper clubs, Zosia invites guests into a world where food and art intersect as she connects them to culture, creativity and delicious food.
Hamish Alcorn and Dawn Albinger are dedicated to preserving the world of antiquarian books.
After working at Archive Fine Books in Brisbane, Hamish bought the business, and he and Dawn have breathed new life into it, creating a haven for collectors. They also founded the Archives Fine Book Collecting Prize to inspire young collectors and expand the book-loving community, keeping the magic of great literature alive.
And we also meet Sarah Eccleston, a pillar of the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary for over 20 years, famed for her expertise in koala care and passion for wildlife protection. Sarah’s knowledge extends to the educational children’s book she authored about koalas. As well as maintaining the sanctuary’s outstanding legacy, she’s making young Aussie visitors passionate about the importance of conservation in keeping the planet healthy.
