The Ashes Fourth Test on Channel 9 – The most fiercely contested Ashes series in recent memory goes up a notch with the Fourth Test, exclusive, live and free from 7.30pm AEST Wednesday on the 9Network and 9Now.
As the series lands at Old Trafford in Manchester, England need to win to keep it alive while Australia, leading 2-1, must avoid consecutive losses in order to wrap the series up.
Nine’s commentary team is hosted by Roz Kelly, with expert comments from former Australian captain Mark Taylor, Ashes winner Ian Healy and former international Callum Ferguson. Taylor will be joined on the ground by Louise Ransome, with 9News reporter Sam Djodan filing from Old Trafford.
Mark Taylor said:
“Australia have another chance to wrap up their first Ashes series win in England since 2001 in Manchester.
“However, England have renewed confidence and belief after their tight win in the Third Test at Headingley. Australia need runs from their big guns, namely David Warner, Marnus Labuschagne and Steve Smith who were kept quiet last time out by the English bowling attack.”
