Jamie and Dave reminisce on their Wedding Day
But one bride has already made hers.
Beth tells Teejay she doesn’t want to put on a white dress and pour her heart out again to someone she knows isn’t into her – so she’s pulling the pin, right now.
“I deserve to be with someone who wants me and is sure about me,” she says.

The other couples prepare for emotional farewells as they return home to mull over their vows separately.
Paul doesn’t want to leave with things on such bad terms with Carina, so he visits her to once again word vomit about how sorry he is for screwing things up last week. And how much he misses her… smell?
He comes away feeling hopeful that she’ll forgive him, but Carina is less sure.Play Video
Carina and Paul come face-to-face ahead of Final Vows
Before Ryan begins his long, arduous journey back to the faraway land of Campbelltown, Jacqui has a confession to make.
To ease the blow, she’s also got him a rather uninspiring grey gym bag as a gift.
Then she reveals that she gave Rory, her match from the Final Task, her number.
The uninspiring grey gym bag does nothing to soften the blow, but Jacqui states she’s still committed to him and considering ways to overcome life’s only guarantee – yes, death – in order to prove it.
“If I build a relationship with someone it’s forever. Like, I intend them to be at my funeral and I intend to be at their funeral. That’s how forward-looking I am,” she insists.Play Video

And just like that it’s time to go away and think about whether they want to continue this fairytale ‘on the outside’.
Jamie and Dave
Jamie is feeling sentimental thanks to a sweet photo album gift from Dave, but before long her straight-talking sister Georgia arrives to deliver a reality check.
“I think she’s lying to herself. There’s no romance, it’s still to me sounding like they have a fantastic friendship,” Georgia tells cameras.
It throws up a lot of old concerns, and while Dave feels certain about his own choice he admits to being less sure about what Jamie will do.
Then it’s Vows time, and it couldn’t come soon enough for her. Not being able to tell Dave how she’s been feeling for the past few days is “impacting her throat chakra”.
She explains that everything’s sore and blocked up, and I have to ask; have we ruled out the common cold?

They greet each other with a potentially contagious kiss, and then get to reading.

Dave’s Final Vows: Groom makes a decision on a future with Jamie
He vows to give their relationship the best shot going forward.
“I came here looking for something that could last, something worth holding on and with you, I believe that’s possible,” he says, to a beaming Jamie.
“So today, I choose us. Let’s give this a real shot.”
Jamie admits that as much as she’s loved their time together, taking that shot scares her after learning Dave’s feelings were not as strong as hers during Feedback Week.
“That realisation hit me hard. I questioned our relationship, you as a person and even myself. It made me question if I’d really fallen in love with you or just the idea of you,” she says.
Even though they’d come out the other side of that, she still had concerns that his feelings would never match hers.
“I deserved to be loved, Dave, and I just don’t know whether I’m willing to wait to see if you can get there too,” Jamie continues.

Jamie’s Final Vows: Bride pours her heart out to Dave
Then came the ‘but’ Dave was hoping to hear.
“But I also know I’m not ready to walk away from this or from you, and my heart tells me I’m not ready to let go of you and everything we’ve built together,” she says.
Dave picks her up and carries his “little backpack” away, but they may be back sooner rather than later.
“We should celebrate with skinny dipping in the pond,” Jamie declares as they walk hand-in-hand.
Awhina and Adrian
We all know Awhina and Adrian’s relationship has been tumultuous, to put it lightly.
As they go their separate ways to weigh up whether they have more than just piping hot physical chemistry, Awhina admits her weakness.
“It’s like the devil comes out when he smiles at me. There’s this cheeky little smirk he does, it’s so hot,” she says.
This sounds like a job for Cleo.

Awhina’s sister Cleo gives a damning verdict ahead of Final Vows
Unsurprisingly, Cleo tries very hard to get her sister to see sense.
“I don’t think Adrian’s a bad person [but] is he good enough for you? No,” she says, pointing out that Adrian’s has not shown much interest in Awhina’s life.
“Would you be happy, if you had a daughter, for your daughter to be with someone like Adrian?”
It’s a mic drop moment – but will it sink in?
Awhina and Adrian meet in a gloriously floral space, but the romantic setting may be misplaced as they very awkwardly greet each other.
Their vows are woven together, showing them each reflect on their first impressions and unexplainable connection before dissecting their many issues along the way.
“Looking back, I can admit I could’ve been a better partner to you,” Adrian admits.
And then comes their biggest hurdle: the distance. They each finally admit it is simply too big to overcome.
“The brown haired, brown-eyed boy I’ve been looking for is at home, missing his mum,” Awhina says.
“You are an amazing mother and I understand how important it is for you to get back to Perth to be with your son. And that’s the problem,” Adrian agrees.

But then… oh no.
It’s Awhina’s kryptonite:
They start to flirt and Awhina asks some very dangerous questions.
“Do you want to spend time with me tonight? Do you want to still talk to me?”
WHAT IS GOING ON??
It’s a double yes from Adrian, and no you’re not the only one confused.
“Adrian, you like me,” she declares.
They decide they still want to see where things go, even though they both just vowed the exact opposite.

“We’re just going to go back home and see where we stand and how we go, Awhina’s a lucky woman,” Adrian explains/gloats.
Classic.
Carina and Paul
Carina’s mother Carmel has flown in from Perth to help her daughter figure out her decision, and they sit and discuss in front of central Sydney’s St Mary’s Cathedral.
Because of course!
Carina fills her in on Paul’s latest indiscretion, which has tapped into all these insecurities about her appearance.
But most of all, she’s hurt that Paul didn’t think about how his actions would hurt her.
Carmel is shocked to hear all this, but she reminds Carina that forgiveness is a big part of their faith – giving Carina a lot to think about.
While her decision is being teased, there’s no secret about Paul’s.
He can’t wait to read his vows to Carina, to declare how much he likes her and wants to continue their “beautiful journey” despite the “hiccups”.
All he wants to hear is Carina say the same.
The pair have pulled off matching glam today, with Paul’s white suit and Carina’s glitzy silver gown. But while he beams at the sight of her, she hasn’t brought along her matching smile.
“Alright well, I guess I’ll start,” he says.
And then… oh, would you look at that? We’ve run out of time!
Of-bloody-course we’d end on a cliffhanger.
We’ll have to tune in tomorrow to see if Carina and Paul get the fairytale ending, or if she delivers him a brutal au revoir.
