Raiders Rising on Channel 9 and 9Now promo – The Canberra Raiders and Nine’s Wide World of Sports will give footy fans an insight into the club’s inaugural NRLW season with the premiere of Raiders Rising on Channel 9 this Saturday, August 24, from 3.00pm AEST.
The documentary details the Raiders’ ride from securing a licence to building their playing roster and the challenges faced in the rough and tumble world of professional rugby league as they entered the NRLW competition in 2023.
Developed by production company Good Shout in association with the Raiders, the cameras were rolling through every moment of their first season, getting insights from key players, staff and personnel as the women of the famous Green Machine made their mark in the game.

Raiders Rising is available to watch on demand on 9Now when it premieres from 3.00pm AEST this Saturday.
