Our State Library is not a skateboard park Skateboarders MUST be banned from the State Library Forecourt. My daughter (Then age two) was nearly Killed by an out of control Skateboarder. Council has done NOTHING to close down this antisocial activity and make the precinct safe.
Franklin Street between Swanston and Victoria Streets (At the Victoria Street end) MUST remain closed. Franklin Street could become a vibrant Winter Garden Pocket Park With an arcryllic vine like rook cover.
