Martin Clunes visits the windswept Faroe Islands, their dramatic cliffs home to thousands of colourful puffins and the unique Faroese sheep breed.
He plunges in freezing waters to hunt for giant horse mussels; plays electric bass with a Viking metal star;and meets one of the many Thai brides living in the Faroes.
Then ends in spectacular Greenland with its Inuit traditions, calving glaciers and vast ice sheet.
