Cindy has dreamed of living in a house with the ocean in front and mountains behind. On a hill above the harbour at St Leonards near Dunnedin, Cindy found the perfect spot and convinced her husband Jaimin the time was right to build – now or never.
But it is soon abundantly clear, the couple’s vision doesn’t match their budget and, while they have an astonishing site with a view to die for, what they can afford to build on it is a long way from what they have set their hearts on.
To be more precise, what Cindy has set her heart on.
