Dale and Maria Gray own a successful human resources business they’ve built from scratch but, after 20 years immersed in corporate life, they want to make a change.
Their building site, at the top of a bush-filled valley, is extremely steep and challenging.
The build is budgeted at an eye-watering three million dollars but who knows where it could end up due to the difficulties of the site, the architectural complexities of the design and the ever-rising cost of construction throughout New Zealand.
