Australia Day Live 2026 on ABC and ABC iview – A live concert event recognising and celebrating our diverse citizens with performances from an eclectic mix of musicians from around Australia.
The Australia Day Live Concert is held at the steps of the Sydney Opera House in front a live audience in and around Circular Quay.
The event will feature an eclectic mix of musicians from around Australia, including Indigenous musicians and performers and an orchestra. The spectacular event will showcase brand new interpretations of Australian classics and surprising musical collaborations on stage.
In addition to acknowledging and celebrating the oldest living culture on the planet, the event will recognise and celebrate our diverse citizens and focus heavily on regional people, stories and areas through ABC produced video packages.
