ABC NEWS appoints Clare Armstrong as Chief Digital Political Correspondent – ABC NEWS is delighted to announce the appointment of respected political reporter Clare Armstrong as Chief Digital Political Correspondent.
Armstrong is currently National Political Editor of News Corporation’s Daily Telegraph, Herald Sun, Adelaide Advertiser and Courier Mail, based in Canberra. She was previously a federal political reporter at the Daily Telegraph and also reported for the Townsville Bulletin.
She takes over the key role from Jacob Greber, who is now Political Editor of 7.30.
