Seven West Media Limited removal from ASX – Seven West Media Limited (‘SWM’) will be removed from the Official List at the close of trading on Thursday, 8 January 2026 in accordance with Listing Rule 17.11, following implementation of the scheme of arrangement between SWM and its shareholders in connection with the acquisition of all the issued capital in SWM by Southern Cross Media Group Limited.
