Podcast | Brook Hall (Director of Scheduling – Seven Network) – is Seven’s Director of Content Scheduling, responsible for implementing Seven’s content strategy across broadcast and digital platforms, including the Seven Network and 7plus, Seven’s broadcast video on demand service.
Mr Hall joined Seven in 2010 for the launch of the multi-channel, 7mate and has held several senior programming roles in his time at Seven. Prior to joining Seven, Mr Hall was a Programming Executive at Foxtel, and before that, Client Service Manager at Audience Development Australia.
Describing himself as a “data nerd”, he did not want to use his love of numbers to be an accountant. Rather, he utilised this skill and channelled it into television data which fascinated him. He went on to work for a year with Brian Walsh and Steve Baldwin at Foxtel before arriving at Seven. Now as Director of Scheduling he has his eye firmly set on Seven’s programming grid and audience behaviour across both linear and BVOD.
