MOVIE | The Voice of Hind Rajab official trailer – Madman Entertainment has released the official trailer for THE VOICE OF HIND RAJAB, winner of the Silver Lion Grand Jury Prize at this year’s Venice Film Festival, where the film received the longest standing ovation ever recorded at the festival.
A film by Kaouther Ben Hania, the Oscar-nominated director of Four Daughters, THE VOICE OF HIND RAJAB is Tunisia’s submission for the 2026 Academy Awards. Executive Producers on the film include Brad Pitt, Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner, Rooney Mara, Joaquin Phoenix, Alfonso Cuarón and Jonathan Glazer.
Synopsis: January 29, 2024. Red Crescent volunteers receive an emergency call. A 6-year-old girl is trapped in a car under fire in Gaza, pleading for rescue. While trying to keep her on the line, they do everything they can to get an ambulance to her. Her name was Hind Rajab.
The film is based on real events and emergency calls recorded by the Palestine Red Crescent. The voices on the phone are real.
THE VOICE OF HIND RAJAB will release in Australian cinemas on March 5, 2026.
