NCIS on 10 – Parker grapples with his emotions when a conman from his past turns up as a prime suspect in the murder of a navy officer, transporting millions of dollars’ worth of opioids.
The team meet Parker’s old partner who worked alongside him on the old case, and must deal with a side of Parker they haven’t seen in a while.
