Girl, Taken on SBS Viceland – This story is about Celeste and Morne Nurse, whose baby daughter, Zephany, was stolen from the hospital three days after her birth in Cape Town, April 1997.
Then in 2015, their second daughter Cassidy enrols in a new school and learns about an older pupil, Miche Solomon, who looked very much like her.

DNA samples confirmed that they were siblings and the Nurses were overjoyed. However, Zephany chose to stay with the family who kidnapped her, and the Nurses ultimately lose her again.
This film follows the process of two broken families climbing the difficult path towards forgiveness and wholeness.
