Married at First Sight on Channel 9 – We’ve seen secrets exposed in Confessions Week, steamy antics discussed in Intimacy Week and now it’s time for… Feedback Week!
Essentially, the brides and grooms get to play experts for one week as they give their peers some advice.
Needless to say, this is going to bring a whirlwind of drama.

It’s not under the guidelines of Feedback Week, but Tim is writing his own wife Sara some much needed feedback after she was caught lying about catching up with an ex.
While Tim wrote that he wanted to ‘leave’ the experiment, Sara locked the pair in for another week by writing ‘stay’.
“There’s a lot of things that I haven’t said that I need to tell Sara,” Tim says.
EXCLUSIVE: Sara reveals the real reason she decided to stay in the experiment
After getting cut off during the Commitment Ceremony, Tim wisely writes all his thoughts down on three pieces of paper as an eagle-eyed Sara notices.
The three pages is a measly read compared to the 18 pages front-and-back Rachel wrote to Ross in FRIENDS in eerily similar circumstances. But we don’t think the phrase ‘we were on a break!’ will work quite the same when you’re married.
And perhaps Tim should’ve jotted down some notes earlier because Sara receives it all quite well.
“I appreciate you coming to me with these. I know I f–ked up and I have to do a lot to fix it. I am genuinely sorry,” Sara earnestly tells Tim.
EPISODE 25 RECAP: Sara faces the music while one groom drops the L-bomb and a couple call it quits at the Commitment Ceremony
Now that Sara and Tim have semi buried the hatchet, it’s time for the first task of Feedback Week to officially kick off.
One couple is tasked with writing and asking another couple a slew of questions to help better their relationship.
But with the pairings usually being the couples’ harshest critics, the questions are more likely to unravel the relationship than repair it.
Tori and Jack
Case in point when the first pairing is for Lauren and Jono to give Tori and Jack advice.
Tori and Jono are essentially in the room as décor because we all know this is going to be a bust up between arch nemeses Lauren and Jack.
Here are some of the questions a very vocal Lauren wants to ask Tori and Jack:
“Tori, does Jack’s outfits embarrass you? Why can you not figure out what size pants you are? Is your hair a toupee? Do you realise you look purple?”
OK Lauren, you’re straying off topic a bit, these are supposed to be relationship questions!
But it’s clear Lauren is not looking to stay on task, she’s looking to “push Jack’s buttons until he pops”.
Lauren has thankfully revised her list of questions and she ends up asking about Tori and Jack’s lack of intimacy, kids in their future and Jack being a good role model for the aforementioned future kids.
Having faced a grilling on the experts’ lounge more than a handful of times now, Jack knows how to weasel his way out.
“He just gives these politicians answers,” Lauren says of Jack’s answers.
“Nothing ever deviates from the same script.”
If there was one big learning out of it, it’s that Jack says he is ready to have kids with Tori – and in the next two years!
Tori is frazzled but delighted by the news that Jack is ready to be a father sooner than she anticipated.
Lauren is happy for her friend but not totally convinced by Jack.
“I’ve made no secret that I have my doubts, if you really do want kids and everything long term, I hope for Tori’s sake that’s all true,” Lauren wraps up.
Lauren issues this final and very eerie warning to Jack: “I’ll be watching.”
Lucinda and Timothy
Things have been slowly but surely progressing between Lucinda and Timothy and their friends Andrea and Richard are hoping to give them a gentle shove in the right direction.
“We just want to up the ante a bit,” Richard says cheekily.
And they certainly turn up the heat. After sleeping in separate rooms for weeks now, Andrea and Richard have tasked Lucinda and Timothy with sleeping in the same bed. Raunchy!
Bestie Andrea knows Lucinda will love the task, but is less sure about how Timothy will receive it.

But Timothy is changing before our very eyes. He admits he might’ve had his reservations about it weeks ago, but is willing to “mould a bit more to Lucinda’s side”.
“Lu is excited and if she’s excited I’m happy,” Timothy says with a sparkle in his eye.
An ever-understanding Lucinda assures her husband there are “no expectations” but “if anything inspires from the loins up and through” she certainly won’t be mad about it.
“Maybe it’s game on!” she chuckles.
Lucinda wakes up cuddling her “spunky” husband. She is glowing, as is Timothy.
He admits he “slept like a baby” and although he points out it’s a flawed saying considering babies scream and cry repeatedly in the night, Timothy did no such thing. He was out cold.
“I’m not a physically affectionate person but sleeping next to someone in bed, it was actually quite pleasant,” Timothy smiles.
“It surprised me. Each day I notice I’m more and more comfortable with Lucinda.”
And today Timothy is feeling super comfortable, so comfortable in fact he decides it’s time to take down the ‘Man Cave’ sign where he’s been sleeping for the past weeks.
He’s officially moving into Lucinda’s bedroom!
Sara and Tim
Sara’s biggest critic Jayden and the woman that outed her for lying, Eden, have conveniently been given the role of plying Sara with questions about her relationship.
It’s clear that Jayden means business when he debuts this Paul Blart: Mall Cop moustache.
When it comes to asking the questions, Eden plays good cop and with that mo, Jayden is obviously bad cop.
Eden starts with a “soft question”: “What are your communication differences and how do you think you can improve on them together?”
Tim says he has a “collaborative” communication style while Sara admits that as someone more “fiery” she appreciates “directness”.
But Jayden butts in and asks how Tim could ever be direct when he’s so worried Sara will just “go off like a firecracker”.
“Let’s be honest, you are a bit of a ticking time bomb,” Jayden cracks.
Jayden goes into full detective mode with his next hard hitting question: “Are the messages to your ex still on your phone? If so, can Tim see them? If not, why aren’t they?”
Oooohhh that’s a hairy one! The question, not the moustache.
With Jayden and Eden demanding to see the texts, Sara conveniently explains that the evidence has been destroyed i.e. the texts have been deleted.
With no evidence to crack his case, Jayden targets Sara’s motive for deleting the messages.
“Obviously there’s stuff on there that’s going to make Tim upset that you don’t want him to see,” Jayden presses.
Jayden doesn’t stop there and badgers Sara with a slew of hard-hitting questions.
How are you going to prove to Tim that he is enough? NEXT QUESTION. How are you going to show Tim you’re over your ex? NEXT! If Tim did that to you would you trust him again? NEXXXTTTTTT!
It’s all too much for Sara as she declares she is “done” with question time.
“I just need a minute,” Sara excuses herself.
And as the cameras follow her, Sara shuts them out too. “Please leave me alone,” she pleads.
Sara sobs in the room and then announces: “I’m leaving!”
She storms out of Tim’s room, down the hallway and into her own room.
“LEAVE ME ALONE!” she demands the cameras disappear before covering up the lense.
And as if it’s some cool cinematic transition, Sara’s hands over the camera signals the end of the episode.
We’ll be back tomorrow for more feedback! Bring your notepad we’ll see you then!
