SBS has today named Hisense, Hyundai, McDonald’s, Kia, TAB, Qatar Tourism and Colonial First State as its major partners for the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2022™. With less than 30 days till kick-off of the World’s single biggest sporting events Adam Sadler SBS’s Director of Media Sales said the support from commercial partners behind SBS’s FIFA World Cup 2022™ has been unprecedented. “Football is one of the great global unifiers and we are pleased to have had a number of major brands sign on to be the official broadcast partners for SBS’ coverage of the FIFA World Cup 2022™.” said Sadler. Nigel from The Traitors

Recap – The Last OG Traitor has fallen. Banished: Nigel (Traitor). Recruited: Kate (Faithful turned Traitor)

The Last OG Traitor Has Fallen.   Banished: Nigel (Traitor) Recruited: Kate (Faithful Turned Traitor) Kate, will you accept this rose? Wait, wrong show. Kate, will you accept this robe? Spoiler alert…she does! Kate is the newest recruit after the last original Traitor, Nigel, was banished on tonight’s killer episode of The Traitors! Here’s how it went down… With the third original Traitor, Marielle, banished in an epic blindside, Nigel and Alex were the last ones standing.  The skivvy wearing postman drops them a note telling them they must pick three players to be on Death Row. At breakfast, Craig, Paul and Kate discovered they were on the chopping block tonight. The players arrived at an Art Gallery to find they must pull off a heist, dodging lasers and nabbing art from plinths. Nigel proves to be the challenge beast once again, the only one to successfully steal $16,000 worth of art, building the prize pool to $200,000. Prime target Lewis wins the Shield Challenge, just as suspicions were growing around Nigel. New recruit Alex uses this to her advantage, subtly planting seeds and setting Kate on the warpath for Nigel. With Lewis safe, accusations went flying everywhere with a lot of heat finally landing on Nigel. And so it was done, the last original Traitor was banished with new recruit Alex’s knife firmly in his back.  As the last Traitor standing, Alex recruits Kate to join her on the dark side.  With Kate now on team Traitor, find out who on Death Row, Paul or Craig, will meet their maker when The Traitors continues tomorrow night at 7.30pm on 10 and 10 Play. The Traitors – Continues Monday At 7.30pm On 10 And 10 Play.

China / Taiwan conflict this week on 60 Minutes

THIS WEEK ON 60 MINUTES THE BATTLE FOR TAIWANIt’s a battle most of the world dreads – China vs Taiwan – but it seems the likelihood of conflict is increasing by the day. Chinese President Xi Jinping has made it his number one priority for Taiwan, which he sees as a renegade Chinese province to be brought back under the control of Beijing. And his threat couldn’t be any clearer: if Taiwan resists, Xi will turn the modern, free-wheeling democracy – with apopulation similar to Australia – into a bloody battlefield. As Tom Steinfort reports, what’s playing out in Taiwan right now could shape the world for decades to come, forever marking the region as the place where World War III began. Reporter: Tom Steinfort Producers: Garry McNab, Sheree Gibson TRAFFICKEDPoliticians are always quick to shout the mantra that Australia’s laws on border protection, who’s allowed into the country and who’s kept out, are some of the toughest in the world. But why should we believe what we’re being told? Last week 60 MINUTES, The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald revealed how international criminals were circumventing laws and trafficking vulnerable Asian women to work in the sex industry here. This week Nick McKenzie’s special investigation continues with more explosive evidence proving just how easily our borders are being breached. Reporter: Nick McKenzie Producer: Amelia Ballinger 60 MINUTES – SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 6, AFTER ‘THE BLOCK’ ON CHANNEL 9 & 9NOW
