About the Show
Holiday Home Makeover with Rachel and Ryan follows the creative and determined husband-and-wife duo from The Block 2022 as they take on the challenge of transforming a tired, sprawling property on the stunning South Coast of New South Wales into their dream holiday home in just 14 weeks.
Even though they are mortgaged to the eyeballs, this has been a lifelong ambition that started with Rachel as a child, with her memories of family holidays, so they have decided to throw in all their savings and embark on the bravest of ambitions: to build a breathtaking coastal escape for their family and others to unwind and create new lasting memories.
Rachel and Ryan also manage the challenges of raising their three young kids, Everleigh (6), Mila (4), and Tommy (2).
Their life is a daily rollercoaster, so adding a demanding renovation schedule will only amplify the chaos.
With Rachel’s keen eye and Ryan’s tradie experience, their skills and hard work ethic are the perfect ingredients for great results.
