Update on Seven West Media CEO transition – Update on CEO transition. Seven West Media Limited (ASX: SWM) today provided an update on the CEO transition process, which was announced on 7 December 2023.

Current Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, James Warburton, will finish at SWM today, 18 April 2024, with Jeff Howard commencing in the role on 19 April 2024. Mr Howard was previously SWM Chief Financial Officer.

SWM Chairman, Kerry Stokes AC, and Mr Howard both thanked Mr Warburton for his contribution to the business over many years.

The search for a new SWM Chief Financial Officer continues. SWM has appointed Craig Haskins as Acting CFO until a successor for Mr Howard can be announced.
