Farmer Wants a Wife on Channel 7 – Tonight, it’s time for our first big event – Farmer Wants A Wife Country Ball, where there’s romance for some and a reality check for others.
A storm hits the ball when the quest for love threatens to tear one farm apart.
After the ball, each farmer must choose one lady for the next romantic solo date
About Farmer Wants a Wife
With 170 marriages, one long-term relationship and 387beautiful farmer babies worldwide, Farmer Wants A Wife is the world’s most successful dating show. In Australia alone, the series has resulted in nine marriages, one long-term relationship and 23 babies.
Returning host Natalie Gruzlewski plays cupid once again as she brings together five new farmers – Alex, Harry, Neil, Nick and Sam – on their quest to find true love.
From the thousands of single women who saw their profiles online and applied to meet them, each farmer has chosen their favourite eight to come and join them for a series of dates.
Sparks fly as the farmers and their ladies get to know each other, but at the end of the day, our farmers can only take four of these women home with them to their farms.
Back on the farms, our farmers have one month to learn more about their four chosen women and determine if there is enough chemistry and commonality between them to spark forever love.
Of course, love doesn’t come easy and our hardworking farmers are put under pressure as these strong and independent women tell their farmers exactly what they expect from a relationship.
In a series first, all five farmers and their potential wives will come together every week to share their experiences, with one lucky lady getting the chance to spend 24 hours alone with her farmer after every event.
At the end of the farmstays, we’ll find out which farmers have found true love when they reveal to Natalie their chosen lady.
Whether it’s first love or a second chance at happiness, these five farmers are ready to bare their souls and find their forever love in some of the most remote and romantic places in the country. Will they find their happily ever after? Can we tip the scales and turn 99 marriages into 100?
