August 20, 2010 in Amendments by Aaron Ryan
Undercover Boss
The first season comes to a close already. With just 9 episodes, Ten will have completed the first season with a terrific season finale on Monday September 6th at 7:30pm.
Swingtown
The series was booted from Thursday nights after just 3 episodes, but is back Monday night September 6th at midnight on Ten, picking up from episode 4.
Talkin’ ‘Bout Your Generation
An episode will air as usual on Sunday September 5th at 7:30pm but then will move to its new day of Tuesday from September 7th at 7:30pm on Ten.
Junior Masterchef
With these amendments being made, Sundays and Mondays become free for Ten – so one would assumed that the twice a week series will air Sundays and Mondays at 7:30pm starting Sunday September 12th.
All New Simpsons
Fans don’t fret, the show is back on Wednesday September 8th at 7:30pm on Ten.
Lie to Me
The season finale will air just hours after its American broadcast on Wednesday September 8th at 8:30pm on Ten. A repeat of ‘Criminal Intent’ (which ended the week before) will air at 9:30pm, with the assumption of a new line-up from September 15th. However, don’t forget that the American new fall season starts in late September so Ten may air fillers until they have the opportunity to fast track some shows.
Embarrassing Bodies
Season finale on Nine/WIN on Wednesday September 8th at 10:30pm.
X Factor
The exact line-up, TV Central gave our readers days ago, is the same line-up that has now been released for the media which is:
Monday August 30th – 7:30pm (90 minutes – pushing ‘Criminal Minds’ and ‘Covert Affairs’ back by 30 minutes)
Tuesday August 31st – 7:30pm (1 hour)
Wednesday September 1st – 7:30pm (1 hour)
Thursday September 2nd – 7:30pm (1 hour)
Lewis
Here is an interesting one. The episode of ‘Lewis’ scheduled for Wednesday September 1st has been pulled by Seven but that same episode will air the same night on 7Two instead at 9pm. The following week (September 8th), the season 4 finale in Sydney and Brisbane or the season 3 finale in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth will air first on 7Two at 8:50pm and then later on Seven at 10pm.
UPDATE – Spokesperson at Seven says an amendment will come through and that ‘Lewis’ will now only be seen on 7Two. There will be no repeat screening on the main channel.
Kingdom
The season two finale will air Monday September 6th at 8:30pm on 7Two.
Heartbeat
The second last ever episode of ‘Heartbeat’ airs Saturday September 11th at 7:30pm on 7Two. Presuming that 7Two air the final episode in its usual Monday time slot, means that the final ever episode of ‘Heartbeat’ will air about 9 hours after its UK broadcast.
Knight Rider
The final ever episodes of this show will air Tuesday September 7th at 8:30pm, with the final 2 episodes airing back to back on 7Two.
