We’re down to the final three contestants following the elimination of Jimmy Seervai from the ‘MasterChef’ kitchen.
To show off their individual cooking styles, the contestants was tasked to cook three dishes from their dream cook books. They were also asked to name their books and the inspiration behind them.
All four contestants presented vastly different styles and flavours to the judging panel, which included guest judge Maggie Beer.
Despite bringing an amazing flavoured dessert to the table — a chai tea inspired brûlée — it wasn’t enough to save Jimmy from being sent home for the second time.
“What a fantastic experience, I’ve loved every single second that I’ve had in MasterChef,” said Jimmy upon leaving the kitchen.
The 31-year old expressed his plans to open an Indian-inspired restaurant, saying “I know the judges are going to be there on that opening night.”
Tomorrow on ‘MasterChef Australia’ the finale three contestants will fly to Canberra to cater a dinner party at Government House for the Governer-General.
Following the challenge, either Adam, Claire or Callum will be eliminated, bringing us to our final two contestants, who will face off in the show’s grand finale on Sunday night.
